I get into arguments with Christian friends who say how horrible I am to care about other people and reach out to help them. How dare I not hate like they hate! What kind of person am I? I say we should build an Ellis Island instead of a wall and am told how the Mexicans are law breakers and entering our country two escape economic hardship and repression is horrendous because they are breaking the law by coming in Illegally. And immigrating Illegally is worse than murder.

I say how a caring society useing tax money to help the less fortunate and vulnerable helps everybody and I get told that the person I'm arguing with doesn't want government telling them what to do.

I am really a nasty horrible person for caring about my fellow man that he ain't heavy he's my brother.

I was persuaded last week to take valerian root extract pills for helping with my chronic insomnia; had them for two days and though as I predicted they haven't touched the quality of my sleep, I'm sure they are responsible for the onset of a series of bloody, Saw-style nightmares. It's mirtazapine all over again, just without the fatigue.

My new glasses came in. This is the first time I have had Transitions, but I like them so far. I really hope they help me see in class so I can take better notes and hopefully pass this semester.

I have heard that when someone looses their loved one after a long life together, what they miss the most is the everyday conversation. To having someone to share there days experienses with. I wonder if that is why I like writing here about what I have planned for the day. I understand it's not much interessting to others to read, but if people don't read it, I don't know that Or if just one person reads it, that's enough.

So here we go. I hope to make a trip to the apartment today, but I'm not sure. For dinner I have planned something I haven't made before. It's very easy, since I'm not gonna make the meatballs from scratch, they are store bought. I wonder if they are any good. I had bought saus that was on offer, so now I have to make something that goes with the saus
