I had a stomach ulcer back in February. The hospital gave me a prescription and told me to exercise more and avoid foods with a lot of fat and acid in them. I've been meaning to lose weight for the longest time but was never motivated enough to do so until I got that ulcer. It was a horrible pain and it scared me so much. I'm happy to say that I've been sticking to my diet and exercising, lost 20+ pounds, and haven't felt any pain in my upper stomach/lower chest since.

I've been having a blister on my toe sense Wednesday. I walked about 3 & a half miles then & I think I may of had something in my shoe/sock that was under my toe. I'm not going walk till it heals, It's not hurting but don't want to make it worse

i stabbed myself on the toilet roll dispenser in a public toilet and it bit through my flesh... does that count? otherwise i have a sore throat and still cant feel my thigh (pinched nerve).

I had a random anxiety attack a few hours ago. I hadn't had one in a long time so it really sucked.
