I am sorry for you Trigger, if there's one thing I've learned the hard way is that businesses punish people who are honest. If you think they don't reward the dishonest, look at management. At least it's the liars and cheaters where I've worked before that get the good jobs and high pay. Snakes know each other when they see them, so it's the snakes who get the best. Honest people don't get ahead in this world and if they start to the snakes will look for any excuse to get rid of them before they've an honest equal. If you find it difficult to lie, hold your tongue or you can get worse.

I want to complain about the numnut in my office who insists on setting the A/C to 69oF. It is ridiculously cool in here. I feel silly wearing a jacket when it is 90oF outside.

Doesnt matter were already stuck. I hear people every day accidentally get brain damaged and here I am waiting for it.
I'm just nervous because I go to see the Psych ( Pill Pusher) in a few hours and I don't know what to say. I've been off antidepressants for a while , I take vitamins and Ginkoba and my memory for the first time in a decade is excellent.
I can clearly see and remember the capacity for greatness mankind has and watch as most people run off in the other direction.
You ever read "Flowers for Algernon?" I feel like the middle part of the book.
The truth is upsetting.

Sure! The thread is named as it is in honor of George Carlin, one of the great prophets of our time. I think whining fits as well.



I cannot provide sound guidance to this, as I struggle everyday with the incompetence of humans and sometimes wish I could just ignore it. You have to decide for yourself.

I wish to complain that I still have to work on the project I was fired from, because there has to be a "transition period". The person taking over is clueless and I have been taken off distribution for all project e-mail lists. I am being asked to do all of this work that I was already doing, but am getting information secondhand. The people who fired me, made a snide remark to the person taking over to the effect that I should know what should be in the presentation I am putting together for them. I had asked the new person to get clarification, since apparently part of what was in the last such presentation I gave in Nürnberg was controversial.

I complain about stereotyping: it's stupid!

I type quite well with both hands and it is more efficient than pecking with one. Therefore, I disagree with your complaint and would like to complain about it.

I complain about people who judge others in terms of groups. Especially those who attack members of the group because he had a bad experience with some of the group and wants to get even, although with any of the members and not the specific ones who did him harm. It is called fallacy of association and it leads to many social ills today, such as homophobia and other irrational fears and hatreds.
