Within a quarter of an hour I'm having a pizza with only vegetables on it for brunch. I just 'on'-ed the oven to preheat. I'm quite hungry.

Last night's supper at midnight, quite a nice sausage too... Supposed to be hot Italian, but it did't seem hot, and I am somewhat sensitive to spice.

I had two slices of corn bread with baked/ fried egg and, my thing with, a slice of cheese on top of the egg. A little before I took some supplements; fish oil, zinc, magnesium, B-vitamin complex and 120 mg of vitamin C, with half a liter of water. Flame me all you like but I believe in those supps to help a bit.
