my girlfriend knit me an extraordinarily comforting scarf (part of a matching set) and sculpted a little clay sheep.

After dropping off my daughter for on-campus classes, on my way to work I felt my Rx kick in and had the most wonderful, peaceful, centered, grounded, happy, calm feeling.

They stopped making my old med in Dec 2014 & I started a new one in maybe Feb 2015. It's taken my body this long to adjust fully - that feeling I had/am having is a sign that my body is it once again regulating serotonin correctly. It's only in the last two months that I sometimes, sort of, felt it a little. I was worried I'd never have a good replacement for the old one. The joys (?) of being not just "highly sensitive" but "exceedingly so". My audio processing disorder is also correspondingly reduced today. :)

Stopping a line of run away grocery carts. The cart person was reaching for my cart when the "stampede" started.
