I came horribly close to a full-on meltdown a few hours ago, when the neighbors started playing their music loud and I couldn't do any of my usual calming things because my in-laws are here and they don't know I'm aspergian (and I didn't want them to learn this way).

I used to sneak cold butter out of the freezer and eat it as a little kid. For some reason, it always gave me headaches! But that didn't stop me from eating cold butter. I even ate it with ice-cream once!

I'm pretty sure it wasn't brain freeze because the ice cream was colder than the butter and I've eaten ice cream without getting headaches before.

Oh, and for some reason, I always end up laughing whenever I say that in real life; "When I was a little kid, I ate cold butter!" It also makes people think I'm weirder than they originally thought. :lol:

I tend to periodically withdraw from friendships because I get confused about what they require and don't understand if/when I'm doing it right.
