I think I simply suffer from "life sucks" disorder.

I remind myself how I once read that ppl who consider taking their own lives probably are going through their own 'personal hells'..all that pre-existing 'demonology' and such aside seems utterly petty.

Yet sucidiality in terms of thought is not uncommon..to the 'mentally unwell'.. so much hypothetical 'void' in space. The chemical simplicity of the huge energy generations of stars and yet whensoever something gets around to 'internal experential quality' like us enough that we operate on 'the dynamic aspect of emptiness' it is just as simple to utterly screw us over.

I'm starting to speculate how depression might be like/look like for me...boredom is a precursor to depression and adjacent to addiction, pornography with me..make no mistake there is an utterly violent part within when it comes to craving to attain goals but i don't want to 'sink to the same level' as you/others.

got grocery-getting done for another week.

I ate healthy food and exercised.

I took down my seven foot real Christmas tree, hauled it outside, boxed and bubble wrapped all the ornaments and keepsakes, swept and hoovered like 10 000 needles, rearranged furniture (heavy couches and arm chairs), dusted the room, replaced all the everyday items that had been removed, washed all the nearby fabrics (cushions etc) in case of needles, washed my floors, changed my bedding and read two chapters of my book while cooking a ham for dinner. The tree ornaments required me to go up and down the stairs about twenty times so I've had my workout for today.

Goodbye Christmas (although I still have my tall artificial tree up -- I love the lights all winter).

Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Autism, Major Depressive Disorder, General Anxiety Disorder, Attachment Disorder, Social Phobia / Agoraphobia, Mutism, Dissociation, Alexithymia (part of autism?) and a bit of "Life sucks" disorder.

Which ones am I missing? Maybe they can be my goal for the year?

You're missing "a great supportive friend" adjective which is the most important of all imo.

Awww, thanks! I did forget to list Panic Disorder though. I'm not sure if it's part of C-PTSD or its own thing.
