i am not listening to anything at the moment because i do not play music at any other time than when i can completely focus on it without distraction.

i can not listen to music as a "backdrop" while i do other things. i thought that a better (for me to easily reply to) topic title would have been "what music have you listened to and enjoyed today".

i have all the albums that jethro tull created, and a particular song on "heavy horses" is about a laboratory mouse and the scientist who the laboratory mouse's only living interaction is with. it is sad to me. i am sorry for the mouse so much. i like the scientist for realizing the mouse is living and worthy of love.

i like the lyrics in this song as well as the melody, but i am annoyed that the best quality version of it (sound wise) i can find on youtube is a horribly degraded example of the song. my own file is crystal clear, and this one i am about to post is not.

anyway, it shows the song in a general way.

it really is not worth posting in this thread because it is simply an "avalanche" of contributions that smother the posts before them and nothing gets listened to anyway..

i like seeing what people are listening to and often listen if it's a song i like & haven't heard in a while, or if it's a user i'm interested in more generally.

although a lot i ignore, yes.
