Well, goodnight WP. It is way past my bedtime. I must be well-rested for my voyage to a big new mall with my sisters tomorrow.

Back pain is a constant companion for me. I have chronic back pain and scoliosis.

I hope your back feels better soon, superboyian.

It will hopefully get better, what surprises me is I'm only 18 and get like the worst of it sometimes, I do try to improve my postures which actually really did help, either that or I didn't have proper rest for a couple of days? It's either one of those?

I really couldn't tell you. I've been living with chronic back pain since I was about 16. I have yet to figure out exactly what's causing it. My scoliosis isn't bad enough to be the sole cause. :-\

Re: back pain...look at your toes. Is your second toe longer than your big toe? That's "Morton's Toe" and it is the start of a lot of back pain. Basically it ruins your metatarsal arch. I have major issues with sciatica etc.

Yes, it is bigger. I didn't know that could contribute.

It's actually a longer metatarsal bone and throws off the metatarsal arch. I was experiencing a lot of pain at the top of my feet when I was a teenager. The family doctor said I had no metatarsal arch and my foot was not designed to break the weight of my body off my feet. He didn't mention Morton's Toe but I Googled second toe longer etc. and read about it. If your feet are out of whack then that can lead to joint pain because everything is misaligned from the start. I'm wondering if this is what's wrong with LeagueGirl's husband's feet. I cannot stand on my feet all day. It kills me.

WTF is a young lad like you getting back pain for. Have you been checked for spinal conditions? Low muscle tension? Poor gait? Poor posture? Flat feet? Tried differnt sleeping surfaces or positions? Went down to the second hand spine shop and had it riticulated?

You only have one spine if you are getting pain at your age now imagine what it will be like when you hit 30

This would explain why my hips are always popping.

I don't mind people having their fap threads. Indecent proposition, saying things to people you'd never say to them in person (actually screw that i think some of you would, raging sex freaks that you are) are what makes the internet so homely.

I just don't want any man snow on my screen incase it staines the monitor.
