an unusually crisp and misty morning walk. everything that was green looked exceptionally vivid. cannot tell if it was the eyes that were keened by the cold, or if the desert plants were just so elated by the visit of dew... would prefer to think that the plants were so pleased.

Got up early and cycled into town to buy supplies for my halloween costume. I haven't had a morning to myself in far too long, it was nice to be in charge of my own time for a change :)

Feeling more tranquil now I am over the banal segment of the year which contained a lot of necessary internal digging and puzzle piecing alongside a couple months stretch of mundane waiting for time to tick along so I am further along in my trudging toward a meaningful horizon, the next years will contain a hundred sparklers attached to a thousand wasp nests compared to the exile I have waded through so I am thankful for winter meaning more than coldness this year! :monkey:

My boss told me I did a "great job", and has already booked me for 2 jobs, next week.
