I felt like I gave in to hedonism by indulging in two protein bars as opposed to a single protein bar. I didn't eat very much at all today, beginning my eating at 4 PM, but I still feel as though I've failed at my goal of maintaining a level of asceticism.

another 5 hour night. woke up early for some disability benefits crap.

surprisingly still awake and alert, after i promised myself i'd take a nap when returning from that place and didn't.

The little bear left hanging off the fence inside the cemetery where I walked.

That and just a general feeling of unease, like things aren't sitting right with me today.
