What I did for mine was just dress up, not like suit and tie but formal, and answer their questions. And try to be as friendly as possible, which I don't think you'll have a problem with. Also, be thinking of reasons why you are cut out for the job, they'll probably ask you that.

yeah, I'll also have to emphasize that I'm a real "team" player and work well with others.
thanks for the advice. (:

Ah, your welcome.

I never thought to tell them that with mine, good one. :)

Honestly, I really don't work well with others and not just because of AS. I have a real problem with those who slack on the job.

I'm not a team player either, but I have to say it for some reason.

What is a team player anyway? If you're at a job where you sit in a cubicle all day by yourself then you really aren't on a team. So I figure not starting arguments with co-workers makes one a team player.

i'm not sure what it means either but it always sounds good and thats what people keep telling me to say during the interview is to emphasize that I work well with others.

I think that "team player" is used in the work environment to avoid competition between employees. They're just trying to convince everyone to work together, as a team, rather than competing against each other. :)
