Sunday April 9th, 12:20h (GMT-6)

Last year my country left the DST. This is the first time we didn't change to summer time.
Last Sunday (eight days ago) the devices of almost half of the population changed to summer time (they didn't receive the update) and it was a chaos. A lot of people arrived early to their jobs, but the worst, in Mexico City there was as earthquake. The seismic alarm notified the people one hour later because the servers in the National Seismological Service also changed time.
