Dr's office called. Infusion approval is done, the specialty pharmacy has been contacted with the drug order and I am just waiting for the phone call from the pharmacy to get delivery setup then I can schedule my infusion! (Yes, I will call them if they don't call today.)

I've hit a roadblock at every single step and there is only one more thing that could get screwed up now. But it looks like I could start within the week.

EDIT: Looks like there was more than one thing that could get screwed-up after all. I have another 7-10 day delay before I can schedule delivery. :|
