I was looking at my Jacquie Lawson advent calendar and saw a little Siamese cat sitting in the window of one of the houses.

My brother and I saw my friends' metal band play at our favorite terrible filthy dive bar and then we got some gyros.

My Frankenstein works, now I just need to add the finishing touches, cut some of that metal away and paint, throw some type of controller in there and connect to my network (You can't see the network switch in this pic but its to the left and is not connected anyway) and profit 8)

I clearly have too bad of social skills, I had worked under the table for a mom and pop computer company for a bit but they paid me pennies cause they didn't want to hire me and I basically told them I was bored and can make coffee for free if nothing else. They literally gave me like $20 a week which is obviously illegal for a wide range of reasons but whatever. I fixed laptops in the back and the one time I did interact with a customer, I got completely chewed out lol. I told them that the Dells they were selling were crap and to get the HP they had

It wasn't necessarily not true but I guess you can't tell people that in the business world.

Speaking of crap computers, this dude there had me work on a bunch Dells with 512 MB of RAM in 2011 that he was selling for $120 :skull:

The store was in a poor area though.

dcj, if you ran your own business, there would be no one to be upset that you gave clients good advice. you might scare away the occasional client, but overall, i think your talent would stand you in good stead. i can pm you about the ins and outs of making money while on disability in the US. on SSI, for example, for every 2 dollars you make over $85 per month and report, SSI takes back $1. on SSDI, you can make over $1000 per month with no change in your benefits. and earnings go toward raising your benefit in the years to come.

My tennis instructor said that tennis is the sport most consistent with long life. There are people playing senior tournaments in their 80s. Something to look forward to!

To be fair , it's never a good thing to be encourage anyone to smoke pot let alone a loved one :(

I hope she's not your younger sister !

She's 21. She does it all the time.

Considering the damage weed / pot does to the brain and moods I'm kinda surprised that a fellow Aspie is even going anywhere near the stuff tbh
