Might want to try writing them in something like Office or notepad

You know I thought about that after I lost my connection. You live and learn. Thanks Titangeek. :)

I just spent the last three hours on my Xbox 360. I could've been doing something productive like playing on my PS3.

my oregano was doing really well. it was flourishing after many years of looking lack lustre and what does my dad do? he gets the cleaner to weed it. all of it. why? because he didnt want it there any more and apparently a patch of fraking dirt is preferable. i give it 2 weeks before it gets weed infested. stupid s#!7. he never even goes down into the garden. its mine. i doubt it will come back.

normally i wouldn't post twice a day but i checked facebook and this was a facebook friends/relatives status:
"jesus tells us to love everyone, even the whores and the homosexuals"
why does my family have to be so sexist and homophobic? i feel so small and alone. the word "even"- that gets me the most.

Bruce Springsteen has ended the 'E' Street Band because of Clarence Clemons' death. I guess there was no way for them to continue without him, really, but somehow I didn't realize the band was GONE until I read it online yesterday. Sylkat  :(

I woke up.

My dreams sucked, but it's better than being awake. Except the dream about chewing bugs and spitting them out, to feed a beetle with... where the fùck did that dream come from? O_o

I'm sorry to hear that. I love plants and gardening as well. Once a so called gardener (idiot) came to do the main lawn and bushes where I lived and whacked off the whole top of my beautiful Cape Honeysuckle plant that was in my private garden area in a huge pot unlike the bushes he was suppose to prune and shape. It survived but I was furious because I had taken such great care to train it and get it to look like it did. So I understand how you feel, VMSmith.

I'm in Southern California; our water (waterless?) situation has the city government encouraging dry yards...rip out your grass, bushes, trees, sprinkle ground-up bark, gravel, or pebbles, stick some cacti around, and call it xeriscaping. I call it sad and dead looking. Beautiful lawns, rose bushes, trees that people have loved and cared for 10-20 years, replaced by ghost town/post apocalyptic looking dreariness. Not that I'm bitter. Sylkat :x

Spilling loads of hot fat everywhere, having it splash all over my legs, burning my sausages, not being able to see properly because the smoke is doing weird things to my eyes. Well, it's making me laugh too but this really doesn't belong in the happy thread, that would just be weird. That'll teach me to cook half nekkid.

Listening to a discussion on central banking today, which only served to remind me that the people who screwed the global economy are making out fine for the most part, but our retirement is half blasted away and our salaries keep going down, not because of any poor choices of ours, but because of stupidity and fraud on the part of people who are crashing things and expect *us* normal folks to save their bacon.

Personal responsibility is apparently no longer fashionable at any socioeconomic level.
