Salmon

For desert, I did another stupid experiment with cocoa. I mixed oats, peanut butter, cocoa, splenda and vanilla. Tastes like peanut butter brownies. Pretty good. It's not keto, but it is oats rather than wheat flour. And it doesn't involve baking. To remove the sugar and palm oil that is in the peanut butter, I'll next try the powdered peanut butter with coconut oil.
