I was looking online at an old book that tells you how to say different phrases in Soviet Russian. Then I got out a book I bought not too long ago that also tells you to communicate basic needs in several different languages such as French, Spanish, German, Japanese and even Hebrew. It was less silly and weird than the Russian book, but there's one problem:

If you don't know the languages well, than how are you going to understand when they reply to you?

I don't care if I screwed up because you're being so vague. You get what YOU ask of ME.

I laugh too much if I get things wrong because of people being vague, and so assuming that I speak their language.

perhaps? :D

nobody knows how things work. this is one strange mysterious world. =)

I was wondering because instead of do good then receive good, or do bad then receive bad.

In my case, it's receive bad now then receive something better than good later if I didn't do anything bad. If I do something bad, I already paid for it by receiving bad in the first place. Not that I expected it, it's just happens.
Yes, 'fate' does not encouraged to do good. But I'd do it regardless.

Has the English language dissolved into grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and teenage slang? There's also the fact that the vast majority of common, everyday words or phrases are actually sexual innuendos. I so wish I didn't know that. :shameonyou: :skull: :skull: :skull: :eew: :eew: :eew:

Hah, I had the same problem with when I learned basic Japanese. My teacher taught us how ask others where the train station is or where the toilets are but not in one lesson afterwards we were taught how to understand their replies. It was really frustrating.
