Nostalgically downloaded a game onto Steam that I haven't played for donkey's years. Spent a large part of the evening laughing over the absurdly long-winded cut scenes Soul Reaver 2 foists upon you, quite forgotten just how long they were.

Thinking of how to not let obsessive thoughts get the best of my focus/concentration, driving and what not

That sucks. Yoga and meditation help me, but when they get that bad, I have to talk about them with someone, get an outside, more rational perspective and some reassurance. It helps me to release the emotion somehow too, like exercise to take the edge off that panicky feeling or even crying. If I can focus on the emotions and the sensations of anxiety, and away from the thoughts, that helps me not to take the obsession so far. It's hard to summarize all I've learned in a few sentences but that's the basics of what I find helpful.

Lilli: Me, too. Though I suppose three and a half months of staying up late almost every night took it's toll on me, despite the exhaustion.

Dropped a plate setting the table.
Then broke a cup washing up.
My grip is getting weak.
Haven't been doing my occupational therapy exercises, have I?
