Yea, every kid gets that when they turn 16 in our family, if we don't learn how to drive....my brother had to wait until senior year to drive since he took the money. I was too attached to my bike by senior year. But I'm too much of a worrywart to ever spend it on a computer, plus I have to pay for books and expenses in college and I'm not allowed to have a job.
