My problems are serious. But because I treat them and keep them to myself, I feel like they're only minor things. Childish things that I should get over, and could, if I tried.

I just realised this as I was falling asleep.

What's happening here is a legitimate problem. I know you like to keep things to yourself, and you won't ask for help, but at least acknowledge that if you did, it would be there.
Not from your family because no f*****g way, but in a medical sense.
There is something wrong with you.
Plainly there is, and you know that.
Don't trivialise it out of shame, because that only enables it to sneak up on you (see above).

My psych teacher upset me. I'm sure I'm over-reacting, but the way he talked about OCD, hoarding, agoraphobia, and anxiety in general was patronizing. He made them seem like no big deal and I have been severely affected by all of those things and the hurt never stops.

since 2017 i no more let my hair grow long to suit my new older age and i cut my hair myself using scissors and a beard trimmer lol its easy since my 2017 haircut is simple i cut my hairl similar like this guy's head in the interview i have similar head type but of course i have more adorable appearance overall
