Had a severe anger fit this afternoon, almost an hour later and I'm still shaking slightly from it. Was just doing something annoyingly frustrating to complete properly and suddenly everything just exploded. Bad headache now, thank god it's my yoga night.

I don't want to have to get up and wash my face, but I want to go to sleep, so I have to.

I have so much to do but I don't feel like I can do even one bit of it.

important interview in 25 minutes.

It's Friday! Huzzah!

A few days ago I was reading stuff about human facial expressions, and I learned about something called RBF, which means Resting B**ch Face. It's when a person's neutral or "resting" facial expression looks angry or annoyed, even when they are not. They may not be feeling any particular emotion at all at the moment. Contrary to the name, male people are just as likely to have it as females.

I found this really interesting since there have posts here by people who say they're always being asked "what's wrong?", when nothing is wrong. I even read some people have even gotten plastic surgery because of it. It's pretty sad when people assume you're angry all the time or that you're a jerk that just because of your superficial appearance that you end up resorting to such things.

Although Grumpy Cat AKA Tarder Sauce has gotten internet fame because of it, even though she's supposed to actually be a really sweet and friendly cat IRL.

I might need to rest up a bit.... headache...

Should I get the full set of the Black Edition Death Note volumes I saw in a charity shop window today, on sale for £14.99? I have them all individually but I'm a completist and they have some nice colour art. On the other hand I already have the How to Read 13 they've thrown in...

i dont get it... how does it happen? how do two people decide they like each other enough to start dating?

I feel so stupid. I somehow got my adhd meds mixed up with my sleeping pills and took an adderall at 2 am. No sleep for me tonight.
