Being born with disabilities a thing of the past?

I have heard of those folic acid pills and it's to prevent birth defects in your kid, I think it actually decreases the chance of having a birth defect child and I'm guilty of taking them as well. I'm going to start again soon anyway.


The child will still be born and they will still be alive but just won't have any birth defects and won't have to be confined to a wheelchair if they have spina befida or be limited to what they can do. I don't see it as getting rid of people because they will still be born.

I can understand trying to prevent it like you are. You're doing what you believe is best for your yet to be born child but killing the child because of something that is nobodies fault seems wrong in my eyes
