An anonymous apartment complex in a cookie-cutter neighborhood between the inner and outer beltlines of I-40 in Raleigh...;)

There's nothing distinctive about the area, unlike Cary (next town over, the Containment Area for Relocated Yankees...;)

Here in MA as well as the rest of New England we have towns. Every square inch of Massachusetts is incorporated.

Sort of. Each town has its own government, such as Open Town Meeting, or a board of selectmen. Ultimately, they answer to the county, which answers to the state, which in turn answers to the national government.
