Virtually all Simpsons or South Park threads die within days.

And nearly everybody who answers them is male (Love for the Simpsons and South Park is a prerequisite for anyone I date).

This happens to me too.
But I know why.
My topics are too personal, too abstract, too confessional, and way too long-winded.
I don't even try to accomodate the attention-spans of the majority of people here.
It's like I am not writing for other people at all. I am writing for myself... Creating a fractured, random, ongoing, online journal on the Wrong Planet Forums. So I'm a little sad, but never surprised when my posts go unnoticed and passed-over.

All my threads die too... I think I am too boring.

All our threads is dying sooner or later. I never bump mine, just let them die naturally. I return if I have something to say in the issue, or somebody else do...

Rewinding a thread topic

People forget about threads once they end up on page 2. Once in a while someone is looking and resurrects the odd thread.

It's been mentioned already, but try posting something that will relate to a large number of people, rather than something likely to related to a focused group of people. For example....Instead of asking who like's to wear size 12 1/2 red and black zebra striped Nike's, ask who like's to wear sneakers. Or, something to that effect. 8)

Motion Passed

Does this mean we have to let this one die and resurrect it every now and then 8O

Perhaps we can also have it renamed too -
