I go to bed between 2:00 AM and 4:30 AM every night. I wake up between 8:25 AM and 2:00 PM.

I am a night person so unfortunately I have a lot of energy when I need to be going to sleep. I try to impose a 10 (ish) bedtime but usually won't cease activities until closer to 11:30. This makes me quite irritable when I have to get up at 6:15... :evil:

i normally try to get in bed before 1 am. my earliest bed time is 10:00. i went to bed at 9:00 a month ago because i was so wiped out.

my biorhythm seems to be roughly 25 hours, so i rotate my natural drowsiness-induced bedtime 'round the clock roughly every 3 weeks or so. recently i've been retiring at 8AM.

My bedtime is about 9:30pm and getup about 5:45 am take the dogs out take a shower feed the dogs make up my lunch take the dogs out have breakfast take the dogs out again go to work.

I think my mornings have gone to the dogs.

Yeah I go to bed at least 8 hours before my alarm is set to go off in the morning. So usually before 9:55pm on a weeknight. On the weekend I go to bed when I'm tired.

Bed time is when you to bed at a certain time.

I have a bedtime now. I go to bed every night and I usually stay up until two in the morning. Sometimes I go to bed sooner if I am tired.
