What do you do, when you're the only person home?

Go for a long run because no one is expecting me home on their schedule, rum, and flipping through tv channels to learn as much as possible in as little time allowable.

put on some music and dance around the house and outside of the house.

The same things I do when I'm not alone: surf the web, watch TV, de-tick the dog, sleep, read a page or two of some book, scribble things down, drive around sometimes, brood over negative thoughts while wishing there were no thoughts, wallow in my own melancholia, surf the web some more, look for a new interest in hopes it will lift my spirits, test some old hoarded electronic devices to see if they still work (imposed chore), wash the dishes (another imposed chore), play taipei over and over again...

Nothing interesting.

I do evil things... Hide the remote, hide shoes, take out the batteries in things, set clocks forward 7 mins, unscrew lightbulbs slightly so they dont turn on when you hit the switch, and switch dvd's from case to case.

I make some Earl Grey and read or watch a DVD.

I talk to myself.

i do that whether people are home or not.. my mom has depression and does it at any given moment... so its pretty normal in this house

Have you talked to my son lately by chance? He's 8...there's something going on around here...either that or I'm loosing my mind.



When I'm alone...

1. bubble bath
2. chocolate
3. video games
4. usually though...I end up cleaning or fixing something...

I like to pace/jump/run around my house, either when no one else is home or when everyone else is asleep. I have a sort of pacing pathway: I start in the old computer room, running through the living room and dining room and to the kitchen, where I bounce off the counter with my hands. Then I walk back to the computer room, and repeat as desired. I find it much easier to think when I pace.

no dont put it foward...but it backward so its later when u go sleep:D

Slide on the wood floor,talk to myself,pace,play on the xbox.

pace,
rock side to side,
I jump in and out of my bed(my nest) and pile all the blankets around me,
listen to Yo-Yo-Ma six suites of Bach(js) for unaccompanied Cello all day,
Drink lots of hot cooco,
eat lots of almond pancake cookies(imported from yong kang Taiwan) I get them from the local asian market,
read and rock,
watch DVD's,
repack my hiking backpack tons of times through out the day,
invent little gagets,
surf the net when I have my friends labtop,
Talk to my hamster,
Study what ever my new odssession is,

I live by my self, but all of the above I never do with other people around.
