Definitely. Everybody has been in school with people who demonstrate that quite well....their are the average people who work their ass off and earn a 4.0 GPA, and then you have the gifted student/s(I came from a small school.lol) that doesn't do crap, and receives average/good grades, effortlessly.(for example) That gifted student is more intelligent, but less educated, and vice-versa.(for the average student)

It just depends on whether you define "stupidity", as referring to knowledge, or intelligence. :)
