For Disney, I wouldn't so much say it was the decade but the contributers. Alan Menken has always done great work and was involved with Disney films spanning from the 80's to the 2000's (Little Mermaid to Enchanted). Howard Ashman was a huge loss to the arts. In the animation, it was also when Pixar (under the leadership of Lasseter and Jobs) became a superpower in CGI. I personally miss 90's pop culture. top 40 music with Casey Kaysem, Hey Arnold, Conan O'Brien writing for the Simpsons, it was a glorious decade.

:D My kindergarten teacher would always play this song during naptime! I love REM (one of only two good things to ever come out of the city of Athens, Georgia).

In case you're wondering what the second good thing is, part of that band is also in this song.

croc and heroes of might and magic pretty much compromised most of video games i played in the nineties. good times...
cersplat! oompf! yeah that's pretty much all he said.

aw, man was like life to me. once i took over my third castle i was mista bigshot(or miss, whatever you please). then i'd get all big headed and not defend one of my castles eventually losing me the game.
