I'm not sure as a matter of fact... I'd have to ask her.

That's great, that you found the money and time to do that. 8)

By the way TheHaywire, are you by any chance a music producer just by judging by your website?

Because you seriously really do remind me of one of those punk rock stars. :)

Sorry... I'm used to people trolling me and being condescending.

You jump to the conclusion that I have money because I have a website. I had the time to make it because I'm unemployed. I guess I'll never be a jaded hipster complaining about other jaded hipsters. ;)

Yep I'm a music producer and punk rock musician. Not a star though!

Haven't dealt with many here which is why your post was a little bizarre to me. I think CockneyRebel is a troll but that's ok.

I can be a troll too if it's required.

TheHaywire, your site looks so professional and well-done and the photos of you are incredible and nicely staged. It would be easy to assume that it cost you a lot of money to put together. Kudos to you for doing that yourself--you have a lot of talent.

I've never seen Cockney Rebel troll anyone. Perhaps she was just thinking the same thing?

Best to you!

You would actually be good as a star! :D

CockneyRebel did thought that it cost you money for making sites like that, she didn't mean to sound like she was trolling.... Apparently to make a professional site does actually cost money, unless you are on hosting sites which can cost up less a dollar for only a year as I was trying to at some point find a custom domain for my forum site. (please correct me if i'm wrong on that because I only have not very much knowledge on stuff like that).

I take everything personally. Damn. I'm sorry guys! It didn't cost me anything to make because I know how to code. Is anyone looking for a webdesigner actually? Word Press is pretty easy to use. I'd be happy to help anyone out who wants to make a website.

Well now that you mention it, yes, for my skills fall far short of my ambitions.

CockneyRebel is about as pure a heart as you will ever find.

I know other forums do take some defense, but here, if needed, we will defend you.

We do get some, they do not last.

Now back to talking about you. Having convinced myself I can spot talent, I say you have it.

I have not been to the music, just the whole of the presentation. It is a whole, the photo works with the dark background, you write clearly, words do not block message.

As graphic communication it worked, I connected with the person behind it, in the signal to noise ratio you have a clear signal.

The web has a great potential as a medium, but it has been used as the new yellow pages, corporate flyer, and the MySpace end is cookie cutter and mostly dull.

I can never know that what was projected is the real you, but it came across as a whole person. It may only be a middle ground image, but I related. So you have the ability to project through this medium.

The rest is more like a forum where it takes a while to understand the personal range of posters. As you noticed, a lot could be taken either way. But your site gave a short but broad image of a whole.

I do not expect you look like that all the time, but it shows a range, thought, culture, time and place, all as a single message. It is just what is needed in the rapid web search now.

You do more than computer code, the knowledge message code comes through as the page loads, that instant hit is what works so strongly.
