Every second day I do an hour on the cross-trainer.

After that I work on all of my main muscle groups for half an hour.

I don't take protein or any of that bodybuilding crap that makes you bloated and fart a lot.

I just like to enhance my endurance. And I hope one day to turn my man boobs into a set of very respectable pecs :lol:
