I'm in the same situation right now, except I am the one ignoring someone. I get scared of intimacy, it makes me too vulnerable. I'm also jealous that I'm never first in anyone's affections.

I think you should talk to him about it. Don't mention you found that website though as he might get freaked out. (I too always snoop on people I like :P)

Also, I just wanna say, you're really pretty in your av :)

However if you want to forget him, use the distance that has gotten between you two and stop talking to him. It will be very hard but ultimately worth it.

Are you talking about the one that I had a conversation with you about around Christmas Day?

It sounds as if the guy is avoiding you? The only thing I can try and do is opposite thinking which sometimes work....
You could pretend you don't like him in that way just like friends.

If the guy doesn't want to be friends at all, then I guess the worst thing you have to do is not bother with the guy.
Does the guy know that your an aspie? Because sometimes not everyone would take it the right way.

I feel so guilty about snooping. :( I hope he would forgive me if he knew...And I hope he doesn't ever know...
I'm afraid of intimacy too.

I have talked about it! The last big conversation we had, I left very satisfied. Then it morphed into unhappiness and silence again. He never brings it up. I don;t know if it's because it makes him really nervous, or what.

Thanks. :D

We've been friends for 2 years. I can tell him anything, and vice versa. He's never awkward by anything I say. He's funny. We share interests. I thought he liked me as much as I did him...
Enough reasons!

Yes. Based off of my snooping (bad me, BAD ME) I think he's trying to get me to like him less, so I won't be depressed, and goodness knows what else (I'd like to know what exactly scares him about me liking him).
Actually, I suspect I'm an aspie. He IS an aspie. We were friends before he found out.

Should I bring the subject up again to him? And attempt to clarify anything he may misread about my liking him, and his methods not working? (you know, clarify what I've learned he believes, that isn't exactly true, in a way so he won't suspect I snooped)...Or should I see if he brings anything up? He hasn't really. And when I'm trying to fix things, I do most of the talking, and he answers questions. That may be because he's an aspie though, and hasn't got a clue what to ask or say. I don't know. I would take it to mean he doesn't care. But he says he does, and he'd die if he stopped talkig to me etc. And apparently he cried himself to sleep, when he though I was no longer his friend..... I feel so bad.
