Aww CockneyRebel, I hope you're not afraid of me!

I'm not scared of you.

Good, I was worried that you were because I'm only 19. :)

You're one of us, though. I'm just scared of young people who happen to be NT.

Intense dislikes:
-spiders (just like if they touch me or look like they're about to)
-heights (like climbing up non-stationary ladders more than 20 feet, or walking along high narrow ledges, high dives at swimming pools, etc. make me extremely nervous & uncomfortable)
-& very recently i've come to realize that i hate dry, cracker-like snacks by themselves. chips are fine, and stuff like Ritz cracker's are tolerable if you have something to dip it in like chicken salad, but why people buy dry cracker-snacks simply to munch on by themselves is totally lost on me.
-Also i think any food made up of animal internal organs sounds disgusting. Like liver, chicken gizzards/hearts, tripe, rocky mountain oysters, etc.

Intense fears:
-the thought of being "under the knife" (surgery) scares the crap out of me for some reason, as does the thought of any other version of cutting me open. If i ever actually needed surgery, they'd prolly have to knock me out just to get me to the hospital, because i prolly wouldn't go along with it voluntarily.
-"thrill rides" are another fear. Though i'm only referring to the ones that actually go high up (rollercoasters, etc.) They absolutely do not look fun at all to me and i never want to go on one. I don't even like the lesser thrill rides much, i'll tolerate the lesser ones sometimes if someone wants me to go on with them, but i don't like them.

just curious, do you think it might be pain at some point of the surgery, which makes you blanch? for most surgeries, post-op pain is a real thing, before the post-op meds kick-in. when they are waking you up on the OR table post-op, they would have given you meds to counteract the sleep-meds they gave you for the surgery, that is when the bulk of the pain is felt. pain is what scares the hell out of me in terms of getting cut-on by dr. sawbones.

no, it's mostly just the thought of being cut open and people poking around my insides that seems to 'cause me fear. I know it would be for beneficial reasons, and it's somewhat irrational in that respect, but nonetheless it scares me.

i used to joke with the doctors i worked-with in the army hospital, that part of the reason i was afraid of them cutting me open and rifling through my viscera was that they would find a placard hidden inside among the loops of intestine, and this sign would read, "WARNING: ABNORMAL! UNIVERSAL PRECAUTIONS!"
my weak attempt at humor aside, it sounds like not wanting folk to poke around your internal workings is but an extention of your boundaries or personal space and privacy, and total control over same. just a thought.

I have a fear of abandonment and also being somewhere that I don't recognise (being completely lost) especially if there are a lot of people around :(

Normal people scare me. I saw that, on a bumper sticker.
