I tend to get headaches about every other day. Most of time it's just a dull regular headache, probably from over exertion, lack of sleep or food. Sometimes I'll get migraines that will make me sick and unable to function for a bit.

I kind of have one at the moment, but I took something for it so I'm not bad at the moment.

I answered everyday for my 4yr old son. He tells me he has a headache daily, especially after riding in the car, or being in social situations.

That's sad, I hope you can find a solution for his headaches. I've had headaches since around that age and it's not fun.

I've been getting less headaches, since I've been drinking Crystal Light. I drink 3 16oz glasses a day.

It is. I don't think it could be from lack of fluids, cause he is always thirsty and constantly drinking water.

Have you tried him on a diet without wheat products? Apparently that is supposed to help with headaches. I've never been able to try it myself because, for various reasons, it's too stressful when I try to think of what else I can eat if I cut out wheat completely.

Although if his headaches are only caused by car rides and social situations then I'm not sure what to suggest. I still get headaches from being in the car, and from certain social places where there is lots of noise. :?

I couldn't do that. Otherwise, I would not be eating anything at all!

I have had one notable enough to recall it's existence my entire life, and it was undoubtedly due to physical deprivation under duress.

I have one right now.
I get tension headaches from stress and migraines from sensory overload.
