That's what I thought too (well, except for the color part; I always dream in color, but I didn't even notice). It's so basic that it could belong to quite a few people who we pass by in day to day life. There's nothing remarkable about him, and there's nothing remarkable about people dreaming about him.
Beyond that, people tend to not really remember things correctly. They did a study recently where they showed people some photos of things that never happened (Photoshopped them standing with a character at theme parks, for instance) and asked if they remembered that; some people said yes, they remembered it clearly. It never happened. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the people on that site did dream of a man who perhaps looked similar but wasn't actually the same. They look at the pictures shown and automatically remake the dream to resemble that unconsciously. Given that people are also horrendous eyewitnesses in day to day life and dreams are very shaky, well...
