Usually. Sometimes I'm too overwhelmed to figure out breakfast.

When nature is free to take its course, I eat four or five small meals a day. With my current work schedule, I am stuck cramming it all into three.

No, I prefer to just have a snack every time I get hungry. I've modified this habit and am now using it as a weight-loss plan. For hunger, I snack on things that are both nutritious and filling, such as high-quality protein and whole grains. For the munchies, I eat things like vegetables. It's actually working!

Yep, 3 meal a day and I get stressed if I can't eat at the time I usually do, eg when I've got a lecture.

It depends. Sometimes I will gorge myself with all I can eat in one short period and go without food for the rest of the day. Other times I will eat every couple of hours and just pick all day. Eating is boring and a socially driven habit. Most people don't need anymore than 2 mid-size meals a day. When I have been in a training cycle in the past, I will consume a huge amount of calories. Fortunately, I am not one of those people who have to remind themselves to eat. I am almost always hungry for something, but it is just mind over matter.

i always eat 3 meals per day.
they are always 5 hours apart.

breakfast is usually at 9 am.
lunch is at 2 pm.
dinner is at 7 pm

i am always hungry by the time any of my meals is due, and i derive pleasure in selecting what i most want to eat for that meal.

my range of choices is limited to about 5 variants for each meal, but one of those variants will make me think "yes!! that is exactly what i want".

i have a rigid routine wired into my physiology, and i not not ever think to disrupt it.

if i was to eat anything between my set meal times, it would detract from my appetite for the ensuing meal, and that would detract from my regular pleasure of selecting my choice of dishes for that meal, and that in turn would make me feel unsettled and somewhat unfulfilled and ruffled.

when i feel unfulfilled and ruffled, there are many ramifications and offshoots that tend to spoil my discourse for the rest of the day.

I usually only eat 2 meals a day - either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. My third meal consists of snacking on junk food.
