It's a sex joke. Mickey was divorcing Minnie because she was having sex with Goofy. Goofy is a Disney character.

It was word play. f*****g is also another word for having sex. "f*****g goofy" can also mean you're goofy (not the character) but in the joke, he meant Minnie was having sex with him.

I think I see, however, I still don't get it. It really makes no sense. But then I hardly ever get jokes other people find hilarious.

I have heard of people that got asked to leave because they showed up dressed like characters from Kingdom Hearts.
