i just ate a toasted hazlenut bread sandwich with roast beef, cheddar cheese, fire-roasted tomato and parmesan cheese spread, eggbeater with chives, teriyaki glaze and mayo, and turkey loaf filling. MMMMMMM GOOD! delicious food can make a guy happy. or happier.

It's Saturday and I'm full of energy, for the first time in two weeks. The sun is shining, and I'm getting stuff done, around my apartment. I might go for a walk, this afternoon, if I'm not too tired!

I actually got some stuff done at work today! And I think this entering time sheets daily thing is actually working in my favour; my productivity % has probably increased by a bucketload
