Luckily a holidaying family, and their B and B owner who did not watch TV and thus was not affected, stop the maniac.
That's exactly why I don't watch TV! BTW I love Dean Koontz!

Is there any way I could possible use something like mind control on people I never met; like have some rich person mail me a check or have a celebrity want to go out with me
