cookies aren't that great. They're too sweet and unsatisfying.

I do homemade soup for a satisfying meal.

3x red bell peppers, with stems and seeds removed
1x small red onion, skinned, topped and tailed
1x clove of garlic, skinned
1x de-seeded small red chili pepper
1tsp dried basil
1tsp dried oregano
2 pinches of salt and a few twists of pepper
tomatoes to make enough to fill the blender.

Give it hell to make sure everything is well mixed, you really don't want any big lumps of chili or garlic. Remember to hold the lid down on the blender, because it should be very full with all the tomatoes. Once you're done simmer it in a covered pan for at least half an hour, stirring occasionally.

The smell while it's cooking is satisfying enough.

Don't like cookies, but the Jonny Bravo episode with the girl scout was classic.

Do you give out recipes? Particularly for the bottom ones, my family eats a lot of gf cookies.

Agreed. Especially chocolate chip cookies and those sugar cookies with that nasty frosting. Bleh...

Ok guys, I will scout around for the recipes, both of them are from cookbooks, one of them is a conventional recipe I substituted with gluten free flour, and the other one is from a gluten free cookbook...

I know what you guys mean about too sweet, these recipies arent really too sweet by my standards, I always add a bit less sugar than the recipe says anyway.. sometimes i go a bit overboard and make things with almost no sugar :? .

Here is a link to the recipe for the chocolate chip biscuits. For some reason they are called Sante Biscuits. From the Edmonds Cookbook..

http://www.food.com/recipe/sante-biscui ... ies-393472

I substituted half rice flour and half chickpea flour (also called garbanzo, gram, channa flour) to add up to the 175 grams.

I think it is best to use dark cooking chocolate, and chop it up into small, irregular pieces, chips and small slivers. Even add a little extra if desired.

It says to cook at 180 degrees C bake but I think next time I will try 150 C with fanbake, as they got a bit burnt on the bottom last time.
