I sketched weapon designs on paper when I was about 10. By that I mean actual blueprint type things.

Dissected worms, killed ants and made"sushi" for the birds. The average kid things.

I choked and whipped myself for pleasure.

Where did you get the supplies? More importantly, where did you get the cadavers?

That's not weird or deranged; that's beautiful. :) I wish I could "paint my soul", but I have absolutely no idea what it would look like.

One time, my sister and I were drawing pictures of pee and poo with the two oldest kids that my mum babysat. The 3 year old was in the other room.

I don't recall anything deranged or weird as a kid except a phase where I was playing with my poo.

That's about all I can think of that would be in the deranged category. Lots of things in the weird or stupid or odd category thou like playing barbie-dolls with the girls while the guys were playing sports when I wasn't playing with dirt by myself. Catching bugs but that's not too strange. Getting excited to pee when there were cockroaches in the urinals

cockaroaches have feelings too - hahah, just kidding  but who knows? the uric acid in pee might sting them something fierce. i remember when i was in the army, us privates were assigned to repaint the barracks showers and lavatory floor, and the sergeants gave us some red paint and ordered us to start painting. so we did, and we didn't let the cockaroaches skittering hither and yon stop us, either- we just painted over them in mid-scuttle, permanently emtombing them in red paint. i hope they went to cockaroach heaven.

I didn't dissect earthworms, but when I was very little, like four or five, I dissected bugs, for a little while - preferredly beetles - for "scientific" reasons, and then put them back together in an attempt to revive them. I playfully imagined that if I watered them, they'd get back to life, like plants. They never did. :P

I hated the torturing of earthworms when I was about eight, though... some of the other pupils of the class were playing that they were fishing with an earthworm in a puddle, and I found it to be horrible and I asked them to release it. I really obsessed about earthworms, at that time....

Just a few dead birds and mice that I found, I'm making it seem like it was a regular occurance, but I assure you it really wasn't.

I collected rocks and used to have fun displaying them by size, color, hardness, etc.

I spent many hours playing with glass pendants and orbs, watching the reflections they made on my bedroom wall.

Whenever anyone asked what gift I wanted I said Legos because I used to design massive Lego buildings using grid paper to help me make the plans.

I sometimes assembled jigsaw puzzles illustration side down when I got bored putting them together the usual way. I found it very soothing.
