I think it's in our aspie nature to enjoy the organizing/sorting aspect of recycling. My family thinks it's a waste of time but I don't mind it at all. My bedroom closet, garage, and car trunk are filling up with bags of aluminum cans and plastic bottles. I'm looking for better containers to sort them all out. And for those who don't know aluminum cans are actual money. An empty can is like 2 or 3 cents in your pocket but if you collect enough to take to an aluminum recycling center for major profit, it all adds up.
