It's already a state. It joined the republic in 1794.

The Creedonians and the English have never gotten along. Here are a few reasons:

-The Creedon Republic never had any colonies overseas.

-Every time the English went to war with someone, the Creedon Republic was selling arms to the rebels.

-Their queen was seen as a vile menace to the world.

-The English could never accept the fact that The Creedon Republic could actually in the event of a world war, save their rears.

-Their navies were both superior.

-The Creedonians had better generals.

-Their parliamentary system is extremely flawed.

-They wanted The Republic of Newfoundland.

-Their school system is pathetic.

-Somehow, the English believe that the Creedonians slipped under their radar and are not happy about it.

-The English didn't recognize the Creedon Republic until 1801.

-Despite never having landed on Creedonian Soil, it is in the collective memory of its citizens that Nova Scotia was lost due to "Creedonian Superiority", when in reality the English left the place unguarded.

-Whenever their dignitaries visit, they act like they own the place.

-During the New England War, English troops acted like "p*****s" and "Wimps"

-They poo-poohed the Creedonian's technology.(Gee, what's not to like about crossing the ocean in six hours instead of a week?)

We have a constitution just like America.

What happens if we break the laws in Creedonia?

Depends if its a misdemeanor or federal offense. For a misdemeanor, you can go to jail or get fined. For federal offenses, prison is mandatory.

What happens when people criticize Creedonia?

Nothing happens when you criticize the Creedon Republic, you are free to do so

Do we get a free name change in Creedonia?

You can keep your name.

Are we all called Peter in Creedonia?
No, you can keep your name

Tea-Teatime in Creedon Republic is generally associated with sweet pastries and cups of a mellow tea generally produced by the Tupelo Company. "Tupelos Afternoon Tea" is regarded as a tea having a mild taste with very little "buzz". The most common item eaten with tea is the wafer cookie, made by National Cookie Company, Creedonian Biscuit Company, Straffordshire Bakeries, and others. The wafer cookie comes in the flavours of: Vanilla, Chocolate, Raspberry; Caramel, and other lesser flavours. The most common type of baked good; the Tea Cake is similar to the American crumb cake. This cake features crumbles of cinnamon and sugar and is dipped in the tea.

For those who wish to have a stronger tea, Tupelo makes a strong afternoon tea that contains twice the caffeine as the mellow version. Nothing savoury is eaten at tea, only baked goods and sweet items.

Pie- Pies are customarily eaten when one has guests. Blueberry is the favorite amongst the populace.

Did I ever mention the Student Rebellion of 1885?

-It was in Vermont in the town of Brattleboro.

Here is a first hand account of the rebellion from a soldier:

"It was merely noon when we dug in across from the Vermont State Militia. They(the militia) had put a machine gun near the entrance to one of the schools. The door opened and the militia fired the weapon, making the door into Swiss cheese. I didn't see any students get killed, but the gun made me jump. I heard through the radio chatter that the leading units of the militia were shut down and placed into restraint by General Creedon. The ultimate culprit behind this was the governor. I had heard the stories that he was a paranoid individual with delusions of grandeur, but to act upon innocent people like this? I guess he had gone too far."
