i voted "heart" because i think you do not mean the actual blood pumping heart, but the "seat of emotions" as they call it.

i am marginally interested as to what goes through peoples minds when they "feel emotions" because i never felt much myself and i would one day wish for someone to educate me in a real way.

but unfortunately i am too far removed in my "soul" to ever hear the reality in anyone else's words.

I chose courage because I have the rest. I just need the courage to use my brain, show my heart, and make my house a home.

I like that.

I'm interested in how the qualities needed by the characters in the Wiz of Oz map to the elements.

Fire - Courage
Water - Heart
Air - Brain
Earth - Home

Astrologically speaking, I have plenty of earth and air, and am a bit light on water and fire.

Interesting. I've made the same observation but was given funny looks when I voiced it. lol

I've been looking at charts today, so it's on my mind. Might not have noticed otherwise.

It's been a long time since I looked at my chart, but if memory serves I lack a fire sign.

You get your chart done. :-)

I'm a water sign mainly.

Easy way: I can do it for you, and interpret your chart, if you like. Just need your birthday and birth location to get planets in the signs. A precise-ish time is better though. (PM me if you like) :)

DIY way:

1. go to http://www.astro.com/
2. find 'Horoscope Drawings & Calculations', under 'Free Horoscopes'
3. click 'Chart Drawing, Ascendant'
4. Type your birth details (time date place) into the box
5. Enter
6. Look for a little box that looks like this:

Image

The reds are fire, yellow air, green earth, blue water.

Only count the major bodies. Exclude the key symbol, the horseshoe looking thing, the MC and the AC from your count.

Totes just crashed the conversation... but I'm actually playing this song tonight in my school band performance. Well, a melody of the entire soundtrack... what a small coincidence.

It's called a synchronicity. Unless it's a really coincidental coincidence. I don't really believe in them any more though.
