El Pollo Loco. The Pollo Bowl is tasty, satisfying, reasonably priced, and relatively good for you. The salsa bar is fresh, and lets you customize the taste and level of spiciness.

Taco Bell.
1: $3.25 for a proper fill is nice.
2: I like how their older items taste. a: crunchy tacos b. Bean barrito c. Chicken Gorditas d. Nacho cheese chicken chalupas
3: I have one within walking distance.

My 2nd choice would be Popeyes; it's a fried chicken chain. I'm not sure how big they are nationally because it's from New Orleans & I'm about an hour away from there so they may be a more local thing
