Not even Tequila likes tequila.

I don't know if I ever had one of those. I've had rum that air got to a few times, and that is one thing I didn't like.

How could you not like Tequila? That guy is awesome!!

As to the drink- its pure evil. I always found that the shots crept up on me rather than got me drunk right away. So I would always be like yeah, more shots. Bang, three shots down. Still feeling good. Waitress, get me more shots of tequila. Three more shots down. Get to about ten to twelve shots and then suddenly it hits me all at once and the rest of the night becomes vague (with some memories of drinking more shots and having an awesome time) and I wake up in some strange place with a serious hangover, no memory of how the hell I got there and a horrible taste in my mouth

I was worried this would be about the member not the drink.
I've never tried the drink and I'm not really that desperate to try one to be honest. Most drinks taste awful (apart from WKD, and I've only ever had 1 bottle ever.) so I doubt tequila would be an exception.

I can't stand alcohol in general, I tried it once on my 21st birthday. I barly tried one sip, and I wanted to gag I just don't understand how my parents, or other people can't get enough of it?

I thought the same thing.

For all you tequila haters take note. Tequila might not even be around much longer. Read this

And that article doesn't even mention the damage that the corn for ethanol industry is currently doing to the agave plant (without which, no tequila).

Why, thank you! :D

I rather suspect I would come fall short in the "awesomeness" stakes in that strange place we call life. You know, the real one that so many of us here find so difficult. ;)
