That's a great attitude, and I think I'll have to borrow your answer there (though I won't be so specific as to name a year range). One can have the best of times even during the worst of times, with the right perspective. So far, the past year of my life has probably been the best--I have learned and grown a lot and, I hope, become better off and a better person for it. I intend to continue the trend.
As for the worst times, about 1999-2003 were quite difficult for me, particularly 2003, due to being a depressed autistic teen stuck in an unhealthy environment, and then again the latter part of 2008/first half of 2009, due to not handling well extended poor health and injury.
