It still is the case, though its validity is questioned.

read it once, it stuck.
also somewhere in south america has epic thunderstorms for a lot of the year, producing lots of ozone
which is nice.. from QI " in the mouth of the Catatumbo River in Venezuela. Lightning strikes for 10 hours a day (up to 280 times an hour) for 180 days of the year. It is believed to be the world's greatest source of ozone. So much is released that it helps repair the ozone layer."

Yes, it kinda stinks. I remember hearing the news this morning and hearing 114, but for some reason I didn't care. Maybe it's because I stay inside until it's dark, but my body is used to living in the desert. (that being said, I cannot WAIT to move to a different state where it may rain someday).

My favorite cloud type? The one that brings rain of course.

If only, I'm moving to Idaho in a few months to start college, hopefully it will be better there.

It is currently in the -60s (celsius) at Vostok, Antarctica...and that's not accounting for windchill!

Back on topic: my favourite kind of clouds are those thick, heavy-looking ones that are dark grey, that mean it's going to rain, or those thin, pretty, streaky, wispy ones that make a sunset look even prettier. Sorry I don't know their technical names. And, yes: I know clouds are neither "thick" nor "thin" but they look that way.

More of a spiritualist. I believe in the supernatural and if there has to be a god for that to exist then there is a god.
