One thing I forgot to mention is low blood sugar. Apparently this is a key element in hangovers and it's what makes you feel shaky and dizzy, and have clammy skin. That's why sports drinks are so good - they'll rehydrate you AND they're quite sweet.

I learned this through my diabetes treatment. Funnily enough, my blood sugar normally plummets at about 3pm the day after I've been out on the sauce (I know, because I have to test it regularly). I think it's more likley to happen in the morning for most people, though.

Berocca.

Don't know if you have that brand in the States. Its a high dose vitamin B & C effervescent tablet. Taken before you go to bed helps prevent it and helps to get over it. Drink lots of water.

I always thought masterbating helps too - gets circulation and metabolism going.

I have heard that med students and interns breathe pure oxygen to help get over a hangover.

Maybe but more likley beta-blocker. An expert controls every physical factor but
heartbeats before he pulls the trigger. With a beta blocker you pulse slow down alot
and does not speed up easily from adrenaline shock. You want to shoot between heartbeats as to not shake your gun.
