Are you an alco? Perhaps it's best that you don't come if you can't come without a drink. I love drinking - really, I do - i'm drinking heavily now! - but being with someone that needs to drink is not fun at all.

The best I could suggest is probably a few drinks at the Marble Arch or similar? Though it would have to be arranged in advance. Can you hold a drink? I'll be coming over for a night out and don't want to be lumbered with someone who is helpless.

Haha, i dont NEED to drink, ive probably drank less this last 5 years than you have just this year, but i just dont want to be in a situation like that without it.

That's not to say i wont drink u under the table, ive been on pub crawls all over the world :). I can handle my drink just fine.

Honestly, it's less stressful meeting people like yourself than it would be going out and about dealing with 'normal' people. Honestly. Perhaps you could keep a slug of whisky handy if you're that worried?

Whereabouts do you live in Cheshire? This could be quite important, as I plan to visit Cheshire on that day also.

I can't make a weekday afternoon meet. I normally just have a cheese sandwich around that time. :P

No, I don't expect many people can because they have that thing called 'work' that they have to do.

Unless we arrange an evening pub meet or something at some point and I book a hotel room in Manchester this one looks decidedly shaky, doesn't it?

For some reason, that horrid 4 letter word slips past the swearfilter.

Cheshire is as much of my location as I feel comfortable giving out on the internet.

The reason I ask is that I'm not going to be far from Tarporley (Willington, to be exact). If you're in that area, LMK. Or we could meet at the Lowry Outlet. Your choice.

I'll take it as no-one being interested then.

This week is becoming frustratingly busy. Can't do it I'm afraid.
